Hi, I’m Diana Newcomb.

To survive and be happy in today’s busy world, I truly believe you need to master certain skills. Sadly, these are skills we don’t usually learn from our parents, relationships, or society.

With the insights of my 25 years of counselling experience I have created the Peace in Your World course to give you access to the tools I offer in private practice, in a format you can use in your own time. Through this course you can learn how to manage your stress and gain insights to build your emotional resilience.

The course begins by guiding you through a self-assessment where you identify the obstacles in your mindset that are holding you back. It then offers a series of practical exercises to pinpoint the outcomes you wish to achieve and the steps you need to get there.

The first step in managing stressful emotions is simply having awareness of your emotional states and understanding the connection between your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours.

Course Duration

This course is self-paced but is designed to be completed within 6 weeks. I recommend completing one lesson every week. After the course has been completed the tools and resources can be used again and again as it forms a blueprint to work from to manage your stress.
