Hi, I’m Diana Newcomb.

Over the past 25 years, working as a counsellor specialising in stress management and illness prevention, I have taught thousands of people including the terminally ill, international sportsmen, television personalities, working mums and CEO’s to overcome stress and bring that all-important balance back into their lives.

I understand the serious problems that result from people living under too much stress, and the very tight time constraints that most people face every day.

When I designed my Peace In Your World online stress management program I knew that for it to be very effective it had to be fast and easy to implement. My meditation technique incorporates cutting edge technology so that there is absolutely no learning curve and the benefits are immediately accessible. All the elements of my program have been specifically tailored so that anyone can fit them into a very busy schedule.

Course Duration

This course is self-paced but is designed to be completed within 6 weeks. I recommend completing one lesson every week. After the course has been completed the tools and resources can be used again and again as it forms a blueprint to work from to manage your stress.
